Our series on Questions of Faith looked at what we believe as Christians. In this series we will explore what that means for the church today in the practical outworking of our faith. The New Testament church lived in a world very different from ours, so that outworking may take a different form; yet the fundamental principles apply to the church in all ages as summarised in Acts 2:42-47 and amplified throughout the New Testament. Our 21st century church will be different from the 1st century church in detail but not in substance, in practice but not in principle, because we are also the church of Jesus Christ.
